NOTICE TO ALL SEPTEMBER 9, 2011 GRADUATES
All Graduates of the 45th Congregation ceremony held on September 9, 2011 are asked to collect their certificates at the University of Nairobi Central Examinations Centre at Chiromo Campus in the following order:
1. Monday October 10, 2011
· College of Agricultureand Veterinary Sciences (CAVS)
· Collegeof Biologicaland Physical Sciences (CBPS)
· Collegeof Architectureand Engineering (CAE)
2. Monday October 17, 2011
· College of Educationand External Studies (CEES)
The following will be required before collection of certificates:
1. Original and copy of the National Identify Card (ID card).
2. Copy of the graduand’s clearance certificate/gown collection form.
Certificates should be collected by Friday, December 9, 2011. Any certificate not collected by that date will be liable to a storage charge of
Ksh. 1,000/= per year, or part thereof.
