JOOUST seeks UONAA’s advice in establishing an Alumni Association

A team from Jaramogi Oginga Odinga University of Science and Technology (JOOUST) recently held consultations with the University of Nairobi Alumni Association (UONAA) to discuss establishment of an alumni association.

During the meeting, JOOUST indicated that plans are currently underway to establish a JOOUST alumni association and hence they were seeking to benchmark with UONAA on the structure and operations of an alumni association, fund raising and recruitment.

In a meeting with the Deputy Vice-Chancellor, Academic Affairs, Prof. Henry Mutoro, the JOOUST team indicated that they had learnt a lot from the UONAA model and the achievements made over the ten years of its existence.
