Departments
In accordance to the Seventh Day Adventist Church manual, the UONSDA church is divided into various Departments and committees. Due to the anture of its membership some Departments found in any other local church could be missing like the children department and AMO etc. The Heads of Departments are elected at the end of each academic church year usually April to April every year. These equips young leaders for greater services after the University and in the vineyard of God. The following are the departments in our church:

The core mission as to why we exist as a church is to EVANGELISE. This is drawn from the commission of our Lord Jesus Christ to " Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptising them in the name of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spitit, teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, to the end of time" Mathew 28:19-20 Uonsda is commited to this mission by the virture of its Vibrant, youthfulful composition to work deligently in God's vineyard. This is done though various mission campaigns both in and out of season, within and without the University. The committed to nurture those who give their lives to Jesus through followups and literature. We wish to expand and enhance this Core Mission and meet many of our friends with access to the net. Come and Share in this noble mission for "the gospel of the kingdom shall be preached into the whole world, as a testimony to all nations; and then the END will come" and soon and very soon we are going Home.
