Application For Degree/Diploma Certicates

Apply for your certificate at the reception desk. Attach to the application form copies of the following: -

• Clearance certificate or Clearance form
• Graduands clearance form

Submit the application form to the receptionist and wait for your number to be called.

Collection

When your number is called you will report to the Certificate issue desk from where you will be served. If your certificate is ready for collection you will be required to produce the following documents: -

• Original Clearance Certificate or Clearance Form
• Original Graduands Clearance form
• National Identity Card

 

Otherwise you will be advised accordingly

Conditions

Collection of a certificate by another person other than the owner of the certificate will require that the person collecting the certificate produces a copy of the national ID for the owner; a detailed letter of authority addressed to the Academic Registrar and must show their national ID card. Note that this is over and above the items required for application and collection of certificates as indicated above.

A storage fee as indicated in the document on Chargeable Services (see the notice board) will be charged for certificates collected after the given deadline for collection has lapsed.

NB: Module II applicants not cleared on-line are required to produce an original print-out of their current fees statement from UNES office
