Application for Academic Transcripts

A. Those applying for academic transcripts: Masters -All years and Undergraduate for 1990 and proceeding years should apply at the reception desk upon the production of an original and a copy of clearance form

B. Undergraduates of 1991 to date: application is to be done at the reception desk upon the production of the original and a copy of the clearance certificate

Collection

The transcript for category A will be ready after Two (2) weeks while those for category B will be ready after three (3) working days for collection from the transcript issue desk upon production of the applicants National Identity Card (ID)/Student ID Card

Conditions

A fee of Kenya Shillings Five Hundred Only (KES 500/=) will be charged for re-issue of transcripts

Collection of transcripts by another person other than the applicant, the person collecting is required to produce a copy of the applicant's national ID and a detailed letter of authority addressed to the Academic Registrar and must produce their national ID card
