Varsity welcomes new students
The students were admitted in different schools to pursue various programmes. Before settling down for studies, the students went through a one-week orientation programmme to acquaint them with the learning environment and the obligations of being a University of Nairobi student.
The highlight of the orientation week is the address by University officials and the Vice-Chancellor’s address to new students which is normally set on Thursday of the opening week.
The University welcomes all new students who have been selected for various degree programmes and wish them success in their academic endeavors.

Are there possibilities of streaming live the address by the Vice Chancellor, Prof. George Magoha, on Thursday, September 6th, 2012 at Taifa Hall?, this can benefit freshers from satellite campuses. Thanks
