RE: STUDENTS CLEARANCE - HALLS DEPARTMENT

To clear at the halls level one MUST fulfill the following conditions:

1. You must have formally cleared from the room and issued with an inventory form-applicable to those who have been resident in the university halls of residence.
2. You have must have cleared all your accommodation fees- applicable to those who have been resident in the university halls of residence.
3. You must have formally expressed your intention to clear with your respective departments/ faculties/ colleges-applicable to all students
