This is a wonderful achievement. However the management of PC should pay attention on the following two key factors:
Avoid handling the operation of PC top bottom. Bring the subordinates on top of things
check on the handling of performance appraisal . You realise it is a key component of PC. Please ensure specific goals are set based on MBO proposals. For instance supervisors must be tasked with the responsibility of ensuring subordinates and organisation objectives are attained to have a win win outcome. The success of UON should be appreciated by individuals holistically.

Thank God that we still maintain the primacy it is now a tradition but to keep it even higher the university should supply sufficient learning resources i.e enough relevant books especially in CEES library to match with increased admissions .GOD BLESS UON MORE AND MORE

Its strange that Media chose to focus on number 2 and 3. Why the bias?! And by the way the UON score was the highest in all categories
Anonymous wrote:
Shame on the media moguls who unashamedly show no respect to their readers. I think we can refrain just for 1 day from buying that daily that chose to splash photos of number 2 and 3. Why should we give money to those who disrespect us readers. After all, what news would you expect from people who think number 2 and 3 are newsworthy while number 1 is not. Concerned UON staff member.
