Office: The Deputy Vice-Chancellor(Academic Affairs)
It gives me great pressure to have an opportunity to witness the launch of the new website of the University of Nairobi. The website has been put in place in order to provide more and better information as well as adhere to the International Standards of design. For us as an institution to be excellent in the design and quality of information contained in our website, we must all go out of our way to ensure that we provide up to-date academic information in a regular and predetermined manner. Further, l expects that the Managers who will be charged with this important responsibility will constantly ensure that the aforementioned effort by each and every member of the University is monitored and evaluated. I have no doubt in mind that there is so much research and related activities as well as unique events which take place daily in our university which will forever continue enriching our website. As we input this information, the rest of the world will get to know and appreciate what makes the University of Nairobi tick in its tireless pursuit of academic excellence.
