Meetings

 

Scheduled meetings

For all the members of the committee to be given the opportunity to express their views, meetings shall be held regularly on the 2nd Wednesday of each month. The notice of the meeting shall be sent out at least seven days prior to the meeting date.

 

Special/emergency meetings

A special/emergency meeting shall be convened to address urgent/emergency issues as required.

 

 

Decision Making Procedures

 

Decision and Quorum

The size of the committee shall be up to 18 number of members and a quorum of half including at least one non-scientific member.

 

Voting for Status of the Protocol

The vote of all KNH /UON-ERRC members including the number voting for, against, and abstaining will be documented in the minutes. In order to document the continued existence of the quorum
